Code Compliance: Building code compliance issues can be a long and daunting process, especially in the City of Chicago. Our goal at PCG is to ensure your building is under proper code compliance and to relieve you of the headache involved with permit processing, civic agreements and any legal matters that are associated with the process. Our expertise allows us to do this in a minimal time and cost to you. 

Plan Review Services: We provide plan review services in order to determine the complete compliance of each permit application. The review process is intended to identify and resolve major conflicts between an applicant’s intent and codes and ordinances before permits are issued and construction begins. Residential/commercial 20 units or less.

Building Permit Services: With PCG as part of your team, your project will flow through the permitting system as efficiently as possible. Wewillassemble and package your permit submittal to ensure that your permits are granted in a timely fashion. Working out the issues that come up with design review, use permits, preliminary & final maps and building code compliance is what we do best. In House Attorney for Court: We have our own in house attorney to handle all your legal matters.  Our attorney will handle any litigation necessary for you to continue your build outs worry free.   We expedite municipal approvals because of our long history working with municipalities.


Architectural Services:  An in house architect will design an advanced blueprint for your business build out taking all of your needs into account.   We will meet with city planners and resolve corrections while also meeting code compliance.
