Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Picker/Packer to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring products are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities ● Pick and pack orders accurately based on pick sheets and instructions ● Maintain strong product knowledge to quickly identify SKUs and variations ● Ensure high accuracy and attention to detail when handling orders ● Safely lift, move, and stack boxes up to 50 lbs ● Keep work area clean and organized ● Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed
Requirements ● Previous warehouse, order fulfillment, or related experience preferred ● Ability to be on your feet and active throughout the shift ● Strong attention to detail and efficiency under deadlines ● Reliable transportation (own car required) ● Ability to comprehend and manage a large number of SKUs and product details ● Willingness to work some weekends during peak periods ● Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player ● Experience with ShipHero is a plus
