- Assist licensed Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients.
- Support patients with exercises and therapeutic activities to improve mobility, strength, and function.
- Monitor and document patient progress and responses to therapy.
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment in the therapy area.
- Communicate effectively with therapists, patients, and healthcare team members.
- Adhere to all state and federal regulations and facility policies.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to care planning.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of clinical documentation.
