About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant for Data Management Operations within Commercial Banking Operations
In this role, you will:
Work with Data Management Operations (DMO) teammates to define and implement a Commercial Business Operations (CBO) Data Management Operations process and playbook
Track and report data management requests, issues, defects and provide status and risks/mitigants of work items
Facilitate Data Management Operations (DMO) team meetings and capture action items and follow up as needed
Work with Data Management Operations (DMO) teammates to support status reporting, senior management, risk, and other status reporting
Represent Data Management Operations (DMO) in various project / program forums
Required Qualifications:
Desired Qualifications:
3+ years project management experience.
Ability to manage competing priorities and associated risks.
Good relationship / network building skills. Ability to coordinate and collaborate with Operations Subject Matter Experts (SME), Commercial Bank Lending FRY14 Program, and Oversight teams on defect / issue remediation and Operations process improvements.
Willingness to learn Commercial Banking Operations (CBO) organization, processes, and applications and interaction
Candidate should be initiative-taking, organized, and have excellent written / verbal communications skills. Ability to develop presentations.
Candidate should have strong critical thinking / problem-solving skills and intellectually curios to dive in and help fix issues.
Wholesale Loan product, operations processing experience / knowledge and related systems (e.g., LIQ/AFS) required
Proficient in Microsoft product suite of tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Process management, data management regulatory reporting experience, a plus
Job Expectations:
Ability to work a hybrid schedule of 3 days in office / 2 days remote
Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening.
