Role & Responsibilities:

• Provide school-based physical therapy services to students
• Evaluate students and develop individualized treatment plans
• Support mobility, strength, and functional access within the school setting
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Active Washington State PT license (or eligibility)
• Prior school-based or pediatric experience required
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to student-centered care
