WE ARE HIRING NOW! We are looking for a happy and energetic manager to join our fun team of stylists. Sharkeys Cuts for Kids is a salon for kids ages 0-14. Were on a mission to WOW our clients from the minute they arrive. Smiles and a positive attitude are a must, and we treat all our team members like family!

Job Description:
As the Salon Manager, youll be responsible for creating an exciting, welcoming experience for both our young clients and our team. Youll oversee daily salon operations, provide leadership and mentorship to staff, and jump in behind the chair as needed. This is a great opportunity for a stylist who enjoys working with kids and is ready to take the next step into management.

Job Functions Include:

• Lead by example to create a fun, engaging environment for kids and families
• Manage daily salon operations, including scheduling, inventory, and cleanliness
• Strong technical skills with ability to mentor
• Support marketing and community outreach efforts to grow the salon
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve any client concerns with care
• Perform childrens haircuts and services as a working stylist
• Handles cash management, sales reporting, and deposits
• Hire, Train, and Retain Stylists
• Professional Appearance

Must have active Colorado Cosmetology or Hairstylist License
