Regional Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) Base pay range $250,000.00/yr - $300,000.00/yr Position Summary The Regional Director of Operations plays a critical leadership role in overseeing the delivery of high-quality, person-centered services across multiple residential care communities. With a forward-looking approach to aging services and a strong focus on regulatory compliance, this leader will ensure the implementation of best practices aligned with the organization’s mission, values, and operational standards. The role involves guiding a team of Executive Directors (EDs), optimizing operations, expanding service reach, and driving performance across the care continuum. Key Responsibilities Directly lead and support a team of Executive Directors managing daily operations across multiple sites. Develop and implement standardized policies, procedures, and workflows to enhance service quality and regulatory compliance. Monitor and evaluate operational performance using data-driven metrics; identify areas for improvement and expansion. Provide interim leadership in the absence of a site Executive Director. Strategic Growth & Business Development Cultivate and strengthen relationships with healthcare providers, payers, community partners, and regulatory bodies. Identify opportunities for service integration and innovation across local healthcare networks. Partner with marketing and communications to enhance brand presence and promote services to new audiences. Oversee the creation and management of operating budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting for assigned sites. Monitor financial performance, streamline resource utilization, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising care quality. Assess financial risks and opportunities for new initiatives or expansions, developing strategic responses as needed. Leadership Development & Talent Management Coach and mentor key leaders, building bench strength and cultivating high-performing teams. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation. Provide continuous feedback, support, and development opportunities to promote employee growth and retention. Quality Assurance, Compliance & Risk Management Design and oversee quality assurance processes to track client outcomes, service effectiveness, and satisfaction. Lead the implementation of corrective actions and quality improvement initiatives based on data insights. Conduct routine site visits to assess performance, reinforce best practices, and support leadership on-site. Ensure full compliance with all applicable regulations, licensing standards, and contractual obligations. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to proactively manage compliance and mitigate risk through a person-centered, solutions-based approach. Qualifications & Requirements Licensure: Active NJ Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) required. Experience: Proven leadership in multi-site operations within aging services or healthcare. Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of federal and state regulations governing residential and long-term care services. Skills Strategic thinker with strong business acumen. Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building capabilities. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
