Overview Title: Python Developer Location: McLean, VA (Onsite) Duration: 12+ Month Contract Client: Uniglobe Technologies, Inc. (via Dice) Must Have: Senior Python Developer with experience in Django/Flask/FastAPI, NumPy, pandas, and Relational Database; Unit Testing using Pytest. Responsibilities Design and develop components for a software application platform that produces enterprise-level reporting based on financial statements and models. Develop and support the middle layer of the application to build, test, and deploy RESTful APIs based services. Create shared services components and collaborate with IT groups, DevOps, and User Interface teams. Design solutions, write code, test code, and automate tests and deployment. Develop and maintain high-quality software code and automated tests (Unit, Functional, Performance, Acceptance) for a web interface application that integrates data, analytics, and reporting components. Ensure predictable results and bug-free changes; contribute to production resilience and system availability. Develop scalable calculations to maintain performance over large data sets. Be ready and willing to learn new technologies and contribute to story tasks (design, code, test, CI/CD, deploy, etc.).
