About the Role We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer with 5 years of experience who is proficient in Data Quality Control (QC). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data visualization, reporting, and ensuring data accuracy, working closely with stakeholders to deliver reliable insights. This is a Contractor role (Remote) Key Responsibilities: Develop interactive and insightful reports & dashboards using Power BI. Implement Data Quality Control (QC) processes to ensure accuracy and consistency. Work with large datasets to clean, transform, and validate data before visualization. Optimize DAX queries and Power BI performance for efficient reporting. Collaborate with teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions. Maintain best practices in data governance and security within Power BI. Qualifications & Skills: 5+ years of experience as a Power BI Developer. Strong expertise in Data QC, ETL processes, SQL Server, and Python. Proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling. Experience working with large datasets and ensuring data integrity. Ability to troubleshoot and optimize Power BI reports for efficiency. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of Azure Data Services, R, or other advanced analytics tools. Experience in data warehousing and business intelligence strategies.
