Job Title: Licensed Administrator (Residential Assisted Living)

Salary Range: $80,000 - $115,000 (dependent on experience and licenses)

The client is a small, family-run senior care provider currently seeking a Licensed Administrator to oversee the daily operations of Residential Assisted Living (RAL) home in Virginia. The community is designed to provide an intimate, home-like setting that fosters meaningful connections and ensures residents receive highly personalized care.

About the Role: This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a highly organized, compassionate, and solutions-focused individual. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the homes run smoothly and meet all regulatory standards, while also providing a supportive and safe environment for residents and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of RAL home
• Manage payroll, staff scheduling, and general HR responsibilities
• Order and track supplies to ensure homes are well-stocked
• Supervise and support housekeeping and caregiving staff
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and licensing requirements
• Serve as the main point of contact for residents, families, and healthcare partners (including pharmacy and nurse practitioners)
• Foster a caring, respectful environment for residents

Requirements:

• Active Administrator license in the state of Virginia
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Experience in a residential care setting, ideally within an RAL
• LPN license strongly preferred, but not strictly required
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
