️ Lead Carpenter – We Build Cool Stuff, and We Need You! ️
Full-Time | $25+/hour (Based on Experience)
We’re a busy construction company based in Lakeland, FL, working on everything from high-end residential remodels to commercial build-outs. Our job sites vary across Polk, Hillsborough, and Hernando Counties, so no two days are ever the same.
We’re looking for a hands-on leader—someone who can keep a job site running smoothly and work right alongside the crew. Strong carpentry skills are a must.
What You’ll Do
Work with the crew or independently on daily tasks
Read and interpret plans and construction documents
Maintain safety, quality, and project timelines
What You Bring
5+ years carpentry/construction experience (residential & commercial)
Leadership or foreman experience preferred
Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
Strong communication skills
Commitment to working in a drug-free workplace
