The Kitting Associate plays an important role in our fast-paced fulfillment department by supporting the daily needs of Supliful, Amazon Kits, and other post-production tasks. This position focuses on picking, packaging, assembling kits, and maintaining accurate inventory traceability . The Kitting Associate works closely with team members to ensure daily orders and tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Pick and package items based on daily orders.
Assemble and prepare kits according to customer or production requirements.
Inspect labels, barcodes, and order details for accuracy.
Track and log inventory movement and completed tasks using company software.
Maintain a clean and safe work area, following company policies and safety guidelines.
Report issues or discrepancies with orders or inventory to the Kitting Lead/Supervisor.
Assist with opening and closing tasks as directed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Previous shipping, warehouse, or fulfillment experience preferred.
Ability to read and follow instructions accurately.
Strong attention to detail with an organized and quality-focused mindset.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Basic math, reading, and communication skills.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods, reach overhead, climb ladders, and lift up to 30–50 lbs occasionally.
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
