Be2Clean LLC is seeking reliable and experienced Independent Cleaning Associates to join our expanding team in Naples, Port Charlotte, and surrounding areas . This role is ideal for professionals with prior cleaning experience, access to a personal vehicle, and their own supplies. Job Type
Part-time (1099 Contractor)
Residential & Commercial cleaning
Flexible hours based on location and type of service
Availability: Weekdays , Nights and weekends , including Sundays (preferred)

You Must Have
Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
Your own cleaning supplies and equipment
Ability to travel to different locations
High standards of professionalism and customer service
Experience in residential or commercial cleaning
Smartphone and ability to follow digital schedules
Insurance coverage as required for 1099 subcontractors
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Key Responsibilities
Perform professional cleaning of homes and offices including:
Vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and dusting
Kitchen and bathroom sanitization
Interior windows and mirrors
Trash removal and supply restocking
Communicate with the Be2Clean team for job updates
Maintain safety and quality standards
Respect client property and privacy
Travel to assigned job sites with reliability and punctuality
