As a Part-Time Personal Trainer , you'll inspire and support clients through personalized exercise programs in a positive and dynamic environment. Whether they're beginners or seasoned athletes, you'll help clients unlock their full potential.

• Customize Workouts : Tailor daily exercise plans to meet clients' unique goals, needs, and fitness levels.
• Ensure Proper Technique : Demonstrate exercises and ensure safe, effective execution to prevent injury.
• Track Progress : Monitor client milestones, adjust programs as needed, and maintain detailed progress notes.
• Motivate Clients : Provide ongoing encouragement and accountability using the Alloy method of follow-up and support.
• Keep the Space Welcoming : Help maintain a clean, organized, and positive training environment for everyone.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients.
• Genuine passion for fitness, health, and helping others succeed.
• Reliability and a strong work ethic to deliver exceptional service.
• Flexibility to work 6–18 hours per week , including evenings and weekends.
• Experience in personal training or related fields, with the ability to coach all fitness levels.
• High energy and a positive attitude that inspires clients and colleagues.
• Certifications: CPR/AED and a recognized professional personal and/or group training certification.
