The Accounts business office clerk position is a full-time, individual contributor role in the business office. The ideal candidate will assist in processing financial transactions, maintaining records, and supporting general accounting functions. This role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Responsible various journal entries. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Requirements:· Stocks in accounting all new vehicle inventory; creates deal jackets
· Stocks in accounting all used purchases (acquisitions); submits lien holder payoffs by check or through Dealertrack system; submits customers checks; processes titles; creates deal jackets
· Processes dealer trades; completes MCO (Manufactured Certificate of Origin); issues check; copies paperwork and sends out by FedEx and maintains files
· Processes titles and paperwork for Wholesale purchasers and maintains files
· Processes rebate incentive submittals for new ford/Lincoln sales; reconciles weekly incentive schedule
· Processes Courtesy Delivery incentives monthly working cooperatively with the Sales Manager; and process commercial incentives
