Working for our team, you can truly make a difference. Manages the day-to-day activities of the Finishing departments. Assists in evaluating current and proposed systems and procedures. Recommends changes when necessary and assists in implementation of new processes. Performs all functions of management of department employees in accordance with company policies. Ensures subordinates support related initiatives for their employees in accordance with company management policies. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
