Always Clean is an established cleaning company looking for reliable and professional cleaners to join our team.
We specialize in cleaning furnished homes, condos, and condos with tenants living inside.
This is an on call position, with pay based on the size, condition, and layout of each property.
Requirements:
Must have a vehicle (reliable transportation is required)
Must provide your own cleaning equipment
Minimum 5 years of professional cleaning experience
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Excellent customer service skills.
Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
Responsibilities
Perform deep cleans, regular cleans, move-in and move-out cleanings to a high standard.
Clean furnished homes, condos, and units with tenants living inside , ensuring minimal disruption to residents.
Complete the company’s cleaning checklist accurately for every job.
Take before and after photos of each cleaning to document results.
Identify and report any maintenance concerns or property issues promptly to management.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional attitude at all times.
Compensation : Flat-rate pay per clean Pay ranges from $130 – $290 per clean, depending on: Size of the unit (bedrooms and bathrooms) Overall condition of the property
