We are REPP Engine, a fast-growing outbound sales team for real estate photography businesses and we are looking for a full-time appointment setter to join our team! You’ll be calling real estate agents across the U.S. and locking in free first shoots with our partner photographers. Every booking = commission. No waiting for paid deals to close, every free shoot you book earns you a commission. This is a FULLY remote position.

• Call, text, and email real estate agents
• Book free photo shoots onto our clients schedules
• Go through lists of active listings and identify the right agents to target
• Book 5-10 appointments per day (minimum standard)
• Manage your pipeline inside our CRM
• Track results, get feedback, and sharpen your pitch

Requirements

• 1+ year in appointment setting, cold calling, SDR/BDR, or door-to-door sales
• Customer-facing experience (retail, hospitality, call center)
• Comfort with CRM tools and remote work
• High speed wifi and a working computer

Compensation

• Commission-only (1099 contractor)
• Avg: $4,000–$5,000/month
• Good performers: $5,000+ (no cap)
• Weekly performance bonuses
• Full sales training and ongoing coaching provided
